A Little Help, Please!

Hello,

I recently began a weekday mostly-raw lifestyle (as a college student in Japan where mangoes can cost $30, I'm doing the best I can with what little I have.)

Every morning I have black coffee, a serving of mozuku (pickled seaweed), and a serving of natto (fermented soybeans) topped with kimchi.
Lunch I have about 400ml (I make about 700-800ml and drink leftover with breakfast) of green smoothie (a base of mustard greens, okra, banana and water and two or three other fruit or veggies that I switch up) along with a packet of raw mixed nut and raisin trail mix and about 1/4 cup of freeze dried apple and mango slices.
Dinner is another 700-800ml green smoothie.

I've roughly calculated my daily caloric intake to be a little shy of 900-1000 calories.

I am rarely hungry thanks to the volume of fiberous fruit and veggies I consume.

On weekends I stray from this diet eating whatever my aunt prepares for me when I visit.

I wish to loose some weight. I am 160cm and 60kg. When I first started this new lifestyle I quickly lost a kilogram in the first week. Now I have entered my third week. I have not shifted any weight for the past 11 days.

While I do not follow a fitness plan, my days are quite active between cycling to school, walking everywhere and taking the many many stairs of my campus. (The campus is build into a mountain).

Does anyone have any tips to help me shift this plateau?

Why are you eating so few calories?
