live water?

What is "live water" I keep hearing about on raw websites? I'm assuming it's natural, fresh water, instead of bottled but how do I go about getting this? I've read that using rain water as drinking water is not okay, n wouldn't trust rivers around here.

RAW FOOD GURUS ARE SELLING WATER AND CALLING IT "LIVE"? Rain water is bad for you ? wow. I myself have well water. I used to distill a gallon a day of water when I lived in a city and I remember adding lemon juice or salt to make it "alive" so maybe "live water" is water that a crystal is sitting in or something. Or a prayer said over it, or a little man dancing around the water singing a folk song.
