regular consumption of buckwheat greens is ill advised.

avoid alfalfa sprouts in large amounts eaten or juiced

sprouted legumes: soaking and sprouting reduce antinutrients , but 70% of trypsin inhibitors and 25% of hemagglutinins remain.. lentil and mung maybe better.

limit mushrooms: hydrazines

regular consumption of hijiki not advised

regular consumption/emanations of anger induced sarcasm
is unhealthy as well

side effects of releasing stress hormones include


A depletion of energy storage
Stress-induced hypertension
Effects on metabolic processes
Ulcers (digestion)
Hampered growth
Decrease in testosterone levels in males and irregular menstrual cycles in females.
Increased likelihood of infectious diseases
Depression
ghost symptoms of other health conditions (acute in nature)
Neurological disorders
IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
Sleep deprivation
addictions
Mental conditions such as compulsive disorders

in my opinion, no amounts of apples lettuce and banana can counter the damaging impacts of anger caused sarcasm

but i'm being sarcastic here

i better take a chlorella pill and give a dog a hug to counter that
