I saw this, it would be nice if he could come with the property and be your wheatgrass gardener and you can talk to him about surviving in the 21st century. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 10/02/2014 12:20AM by coconutcream. Re: Heads up if you have $490K lying around:

i roll it up in a rubber band and put it in the raw cookie jar mixed in with the coconut macadamia goji berry cookies and the cherrie walnut date cookies easy peasy you too could do this at home too just get a glass receptacle make some raw cookies and put in jar then get your 490 K and just roll it all up in there put in vitamix ... put on low then gradually go to high.. pour a little at a time in tall fluted glasses layer the very expensive "mousse" with raw granola keep checkerboarding it with mousse then granola top with cherries and mint voila! Date: October 03, 2014 10:24PM I imagine it's half a mil USD but really, I didn't describe the place. It's awesome--a retreat although they suggest it needs some fixing.
I live on a street with houses that go for that. Now I rent a flat there but my God--it's a common going price for houses in my area. So there are some people out here who could do this and wouldn't it be a way better lifestyle? Re: Heads up if you have $490K lying around:

Date: October 04, 2014 02:45AM I would love to buy it, but l would need to figure out a way to earn a living in Costa Rica and would need to be able to live in the U.S. Living in my former hero's house would be a dream come true, and the area looks amazing.
I was asked to go to Kulvinskas' conference last year to talk about stuff but never had time to get everything organised. Would have been awesome to have visited his place and to have met Vik. Vik and Dr Ann were like Gods to me growing up and l will never lose my love for them. www.thesproutarian.com Re: Heads up if you have $490K lying around:

It sure would be. Vik is a complete and utter legend. That book had by far the most influence on me of anything...l read it dozens and dozens of times, over and over again. Date: October 04, 2014 04:47AM sproutarian man. I also read his letters book, love your life recipes and the one with that pregnant naked fruitarian woman suntanning on the beach... Re: Heads up if you have $490K lying around:

Date: October 04, 2014 02:13PM It has all these various fruits growing on the property, I think it may be by the ocean (perhaps why the cost is so high?)...If some raw fooders could get together, that might even be another way to deal with this.
Sproutarian: You could offer retreats and teach people how to sprout properly! I am not kidding--I know there are people out there with that sort of dough so I am wondering if it has already been snapped up... Re: Heads up if you have $490K lying around:

Date: October 04, 2014 04:30PM bananawho He can get paid to sprout in some nice mansion with a wealthy heiress widow with pomeranian. Make her sprouts and juices. Bring on a silver platter to her bedroom.
I really loved Stan Glaser and his sprouting gardens. They were majestic. His sprouts were always mold free big beautiful boxes of buckwheat. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
