Exercise and Stress Reduction!

Date: December 02, 2014 12:22AM I was wondering, as most raw foodists are so health-focused, what do people here do for exercise and stress management? I know that rebounding and yoga are trending, but what else do people here benefit from and enjoy?
I'm looking into a YMCA membership to give myself a kick-start and (hopefully!) find a form of exercise that I'll truly learn to love. I'm also dabbling with gentle yoga and trying to get into reading again to help deal with my heavy depression. I'm actually really excited by the idea of loving exercise, as I've never been particularly graceful, to put it lightly. Not to mention regaining the creative energy that's been dormant for years. This post is less looking for guidance and more driven by excitement, really -- I'm just really looking forward into making this an awesome personal experience! *While this isn't technically about raw food, I do think it is an important aspect to overall wellness which is why I'm posting this here.
