Date: December 26, 2014 05:26AM Hi everyone!
Below is the URL to the picture of the fuyu persimmon I bought recently. Bought these at a local produce store. When I sliced them open, noticed these black dots. All of the persimmons have them. Never encountered it before. Is this normal? If not, hazardous at all? Thanks in advance! Onionfire Re: Fuyu persimmon - Is this normal???

Could be fukushima. I am looking at some forums discussing...some headlines: · Page 1 of Persimmon ripening ... a few small black spots or even streaks are OK, persimmons: the Fuyu, ... They may occasionally have dark spots caused by sunburn, Upon further googling I found that when black spots are on the leaves that is a bad sign. But I think the flesh is ok. Skin too. But leaves no. I don't have the answer. But I been looking to see what others say. I was joking about fukushima. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 12/26/2014 06:32AM by coconutcream. Date: December 26, 2014 08:40AM I've seen dots like that in persimmons. Inmate them, and I am still alive. Re: Fuyu persimmon - Is this normal???

What were you two in for? Or did you mean you mated with one? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
