Smoked dulse

Date: January 03, 2015 09:56PM I ordered a pound Seaveg.com. They are the Maine Coast people. It is raw dulse but applewood smoked @ 80 degrees. So it doesn't affect its rawness. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried it before. I was a bit leery ordering a whole pound--what if I don't like it? But I know that I am not too picky and it's gotta be epic. I already make DLTs so this might be even better!
