i'm thinking " why no tjust eat the peas raw"?

then again, i'm wondering ... what is the best peas to eat raw?

i am not a peas afficionado... don't know too much about brands types.. raw peas

has anyone forayed into that realm?

excited to get new tips! smiling smiley

any easy peasy ( scuse the pun) shelling tips?

Me too
Coconut oil !! Why not just eat the coconut?
Olive oil !! Why not just eat the olive?
I guess people do not have time and need prepackaged foods

For peas, I prefer to drink the sprout juice, it must have some raw fresh protein.
Protein was never the question.

Bravo sir, BRAVO!!! That is the exact thing l was going to say. No peas are ideal unless grown into microgreens. Even sprouted peas are not ideal...got to take it all the way and grow into greens.

Btw, your remedy is here. smiling smiley You ready for your slavery to greatly diminish? winking smiley Are you sure you want to be 3/4 of the way free....can you handle it? winking smiley When you get 3/4 of the way free it is a completely different feeling...it is a feeling you never knew existed until you do it.

Because coconut is too tricky to combine with high omega 3 foods to get optimal effects of long chain omega 3 production. Mixing a fruity nut with a seed is not an ideal combination, and using too much coconut will greatly reduce the nutrition of the meal when less seeds are eaten in order to eat more coconut.

Using coconut oil is not ideal for various reasons, but using coconut with omega 3 rich foods isn't ideal either.

There could be various reasons such as boosting calories or people requiring extra taste and heaviness in their meal.

Apparently microgreen juice has 25 grams of predigested protein per 16 oz of juice. I believe it too because l find juices keeps the muscle tone good.

Sugar snap peas and snow peas for eating straight.

Others sprouted.

I cheat though, with cooked legumes.

William Harris MD has an interesting objection to cooked legumes. He says they don't taste good unless you put salt on them. I agree with him. I'd have a lower sodium intake if I didn't use them.
