Damn, I wish I could figure out how to get the photos off my crummy old phone. Not the best quality, mind you, but I've made some pretty fantastic lettuce wraps this week. Re: Pics of food?

That is what is missing in my diet, I need to learn how to make good raw meals. Juices and fruits may not be enough in the long run. Re: Pics of food?

Date: January 21, 2015 04:09PM I don't have a camera or web skills so I'm posting this picture from a website of one of my new favorite recipes. I was planning on dehydrating some marinated asparagus for part of it's filling but it was too darned delicious to wait for that and I ended up just rolling it up and eating it like that.

Date: January 21, 2015 07:56PM You need patience and attention to details for a good raw meal.
Mediterranean Falafels 1 ½ cups walnuts, soaked 1½ cups unsoaked, sesame seeds Ground ½ bunch parsley ½ bunch cilantro 1 garlic clove ¼ bunch oregano ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons cumin, ground 3 tablespoons lemon juice [info.treeoflifecenterus.com] It is very good at the end but the suffering in getting the recipe done is just too much I will just be fine with my cantaloupe Edited 1 time(s). That's a 10 minute (actual work time) recipe. Re: Pics of food?

Date: January 22, 2015 02:31PM RP and SUEZ I think falafels raw are great but don't they need sprouted raw garbanzo beans to complete that falafel taste? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
