-It varies with the state your body is in. Years of smoking, drinking and compulsive eating would have probably given me quite a shock.....if I didn't keep my transition at a comfortable and intelligent level (which I certainly recommend). -There ARE those who have been quietly building toward such clean dietary practices for years - and who have lived relatively sober lives......who seem to transition 'right away' - although I think that is somewhat misleading (if you see what I mean....like only seeing the tip of the iceberg. LOL. Some common symptoms: Headache, dry mouth, muscle-aches, fatigue, energy up's & downs, irritability, emotional up's & downs, muscle & joint re-alignment, gas (depending on what combinations of foods you are eating), coated tongue, hot & cold flashes, anxiety, etc. -Opinion: True health doesn't come from what you are seeking out and putting into your body....but rather your level of loving output. THAT assures all the other health things - and is a higher form of health. -What do you think? -David Mason Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
