And the smell too, so it is not something you want to do and go to work. But you can reduce that sensation by adding cucumber which is also good for skin. People eat hot burning peppers and they are fine so a little burning sensation on the skin is tolerable. But it is very potent in cleansing the skin off dead cells. And also it work very well on the hair for reversing grey hair. I have seen my own reversed. [www.healthextremist.com] But they are many other things I do so it may not be onions alone Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 02/10/2015 10:18AM by RawPracticalist. Re: refreshing facial cleanser

Date: February 15, 2015 06:32PM I find that many of the ingredients we use in smoothies work really well externally as well as internally! I starting making matcha green tea masks using a few of the ingredients from my matcha smoothie recipe.
These are what I use in the mask: 1/4 teaspoon organic green tea matcha powder 1/4 teaspoon raw unrefined coconut oil 1/4 teaspoon water Massage into your face in tiny circular motions until your face is covered. Leave it on for just 2 minutes while you brush your teeth and use a hot damp washcloth over your face to pull the oil and gently remove the matcha powder. Splash your face with cold water and enjoy your glowing skin! Melissa @ smoothie recipes blog, WildRawFresh.com Re: refreshing facial cleanser
