Oils reviews

Coconut oil - Banaban [www.naturepacific.com] Has a nice fruity flavour and worlds apart from all other virgin coconut oils I have tried. Olive oil - Pressed Purity [www.proteco.com.au] I once read that good quality olive oil should taste peppery and slightly burn when placed on the tongue, and this brand passes that test. I also read that most olive oilis not really olive oil, possibly a legal loop hole. Conclusion It pays to buy the best oils possible. These oils are expensive, but we should never skimp. Hopefully others can share their experiences with top quality oils and post links so other oil users can benefit. www.thesproutarian.com Re: Oils reviews

You buy an expensive oil you think is raw and extra virgin but a later date you learn it was not raw or some steps were skipped. So why bother, why not just eat the coconut or olive. Actually coconut oil is easy to make at home with the omega 8006. [www.youtube.com] You have total control of the manufacturing. Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 03/12/2015 11:06AM by RawPracticalist.
