Fenugreek sprouts and breast growth eye popping smiley

I just came across some interesting information that fenugreek sprouts stimulate breast growth! Now, that's all very well for me, lol, but I immediately wondered whether it's the same for men? Should I avoid giving them to my boyfriend? Hoping The Sproutarian Man will chime in with his experiences as I know he eats tons of them - if anyone will know the answer he will!

Haha, there is absolutely no need to worry. I possibly eat more fenugreek sprouts than anyone on Earth and l have never had anything but good results, and certainly no boobs have developed. Fenugreek sprouts is one of the finest foods to be eating.

Eat enough fenugreek and your skin will take on the smell of this nice smelling herb. I eat about 55 - 60 tablespoons per week of the seed (my most eaten sprout), and when sprouted it is a very bulky quantity. I call fenugreek one of the finest balancers in the vegan diet due to it's very high iron content which helps balance out the excessive copper and manganese in the common vegan diet.

In India Fenugreek is used to stimulate milk production in new mothers. If the new mothers fill up with milk their breasts will enlarge. If there was any more to it it would probably be much more popular than it is. Except for...

Fenugreek sweat smells just awful - I mean just the worst. If I was a salesperson or had to work with the public I would be very careful on amount consumed if income is dependent on sales.

Of course not. My point being made is that the smell can be good or bad, and Dr Gregor's video makes me think that various bodies are effected differently in terms of smell (maybe), but also what you said, noses are also different. The ultimate point being made is that the fenugreek body smell isn't always bad, and it can take away foul body odor in some cases.

What's your beef with Dr. Gregor?

I never heard of this body odor with fenugreek before. SueZ, where did you learn of this? Did you try it and experience it or were you around a lot of Indians who ate it? Raw vs. cooked might make a difference, no?

TSM, don't you juice the fenugreek? HEnce, isn't it longer than average? Is your fenugreek still a legume or do you wait til it's a long microgreen?

My fenugreek is always a fully grown green sprout, but the smell on my body is often exactly like the smell of fenugreek seed.

body odor is caused by bacteria in the skin. Some foods like certain spices seem to produce more external bacteria activity.

What about the odor coming from corrupted digestive system
Some have bad breaths and passing bad gas periodically.
Talking and listening to someone can be deadly.

Aw, that's kind of disappointing for me, but probably a relief for all the men out there, lol.

Re the smell, I personally kind of like the smell of fenugreek when it starts coming through my pores.. but I'd probably feel self-conscious to be around other people in case they didn't like it..
