Anything telling you it can predict how long you'll live, especially based on an exercise or breathing test, is a farce.

Dr. Araujo's data has been published in American and European medical journals. By the way, he says if you're over 50 and score a perfect 10, you should be proud, because not many people in the age group can do it.

Tell it to Stephen Hawking. He hasn't been able to pass that in at least the last 52 years.

perhaps you are not aware of what science is.

science does not pretend to make predictions for 100% of the people that the test is applied to.

I love these sham test that Fresh sometimes posts. Remember that other doozy he posted a couple of months ago.

I also loved this comment by Fresh: "Dr. Araujo's data has been published in American and European medical journals".

This thread has really made my day, l am smiling from ear to ear.

Fresh...please post more sham tests online, l love them because they make me smile.

I agree with your post and several of the comments under the article. Especially this one...

"Kenneth Morse I think there's a little April Fool's message in this for everyone. First of all, statistics without any supporting data, is like a headline without the story - It means nothing. But here's what I think. Anyone who can do this trick or is willing to learn how to do it, is likely to be young. People who can't do this trick and wouldn't waste time attempting it, are more than likely to be old. We know that old people die faster. I'll assume that 90 percent of 87 year olds cannot do this, and many will die within the next 6 years, are they dying because they cannot stand without using their hands or is it because they are old?"

The most surprising thing I learned in this thread was that fresh reads Redbook magazine who's normal demographic is young mothers. I guess he has to get his science from somewhere.

and drawing conclusions without actually seeing the data is worse.

it was just a little test. making a big deal out of nothing?

some reason you guys are so snarky and cynical?

oh, i see , you're trying to take some kind of pointless potshot at your nemesis.

oh well, have it your way

jtprindl gets caught in a huge lie.

can't admit it even though it's in black and white.

claims this board is "a joke"

goes away for one week.

I am not prepared to spend a few minutes of my life engaging in inane activities. I remember spending 5 minutes doing your other tests and realised the inanity of doing such activities, and l am never going to get that 5 minutes of my life back again.

Fresh, you ask us to try the test? I say, NO SIR, l shall not be doing any such thing. We can whttle away our lives doing all types of things, but l value my life than to flush it away on such mindlessness.

These types of tests might be o.k for children and folks who believe anything they read about, but these things are certainly not good for folks who demand more substance in their lives.

Fresh....sometimes fluff will simply not do, and people here are awake up to it,they can smell the inanity of the activity you posted. As we say, `no sir, we rise above those types of things here'.

Never was I caught in a huge lie. You said I accused you of something, which never happened. Prana said he was going to delete my account after a week of not posting and that also never happened.

Fresh's nutrient depleted diet has him desperately searching for gimmick exercises online that "prove" he's healthy. So even if he has major deficiencies he can tell himself "well at least I was able to hold my breath for X seconds so clearly the deficiencies aren't hurting me!".

ok, whatever you say, Temp2

you made a general accusation about people being jealous and ignorant in a thread.

i said you did the same thing to me in the past.

you said "never happened"

here it was

"I think you're just jealous of both Brian Clement and David Wolfe because of their vast knowledge and success and you'd like to falsely think of yourself as someone who is knowledgeable when it comes to health and nutrition and don't like seeing others who are much more intelligent when it comes to these matters. Brian Clement talking about blending doesn't do anything to financially support HHI... he encourages people to eat the HHI diet, that does not mean you have to go to HHI to do so."

you still said "never happened"

i can only assume that you are blind.

you can say it never happened until you are placed in your grave.
but it happened. and until you can admit that, you are simply a psychopath.

same thing with Suez and her psychopathic behavior, "forgetting" that she had/has hashimotos and presuming that it had nothing to do with her fruit experiments, even though that's exactly what i said (organ dysfunction).

Don't know if it predicts longevity, but I got an easy 10... (At age 64)! It's my 29-year-long regular yoga practice (mostly regular anyway). Thank you "Light On Yoga" and BKS Iyengar!

If interested, here are some tips for completing the "sitting rising test" successfully, without breaking any rules:

SITTING:

-After crossing your feet, lean forward a little.

-Extend your arms out in front of you to help hold your balance as you lower your body to sit.

RISING:

-Again, lean forward a little to be more closely centered over your feet.

-Press your knees closer together to add strength and balance to the rise.

-Extend your arms in front of you again to help hold your balance.

P-R-A-C-T-I-C-E!

Even just getting into any sitting position on the floor is an accomplishment that many are not capable of.

One friend was excited about her early retirement (she was mid-50s) and also her intention to begin exercising, including yoga. Unfortunately, when she started her yoga class, she found that just getting down to the floor was a major issue for her. Best to start young, but it's never too late.

just say that you couldn't do the test. or don't say anything.
would save you a lot of typing.
doesn't matter to me. all this other stuff is really boring.

"you made a general accusation about people being jealous and ignorant in a thread."

Yes, thoughts directly related to the thread topic which had nothing to do with you in the first place but you decided to make the thread about yourself. And I'm the egotistical one... NAH.

"you can say it never happened until you are placed in your grave.
but it happened. and until you can admit that, you are simply a psychopath."

Too bad opinions are not accusations.

"provide us here with everything that i have eaten within the past year,
and my test results supporting your conclusions."

Not necessary, your behavior and ignorant past comments regarding diet and nutrition speak for itself. You said you've gotten tests done in the past that indicated no deficiencies. Post them.

Fresh, you've topped even yourself with that abysmal joke of a harebrained analysis. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos in 1989 and never had any blood sugar problems until I spent 11 months on the hclf vegan diet. The only diet that I was able to correct that prediabetic state with was by going on a lchf raw vegan diet. How many time do I have to tell you this before this truth sinks in?

So long as I keep my carb intake to 100 grams a day my blood sugar is fabulous - with no horrible spikes anymore even though, OMG, I still have Hashimoto's!

You really aren't all there at all, fresh. And are you saying that people who have any organ disfunctions shouldn't go on a hclf diet? If so that's probably the first thing you've gotten right. But, anyway, Hashimotos did not cause my blood sugar problems, knucklehead.

so you don't have any information to support your statement.

fine. just another fantasy.

weird .

no

you're having a hard time understanding the concept of diet and state of the body, drawing false conclusions.

what else can we expect from iridology believers.

really, why do you two even bother talking to me?

"fine. just another fantasy."

Definitely not a fantasy. I guarantee if you got your nutrient levels tested tomorrow, you'd be deficient in many critical nutrients. You don't have to admit it, but I know it's true.

try to follow this...

I will take it slowly.

I never said that your "thoughts" in the thread in question had something to do with me.

I said that you said the same thing to me in the PAST.

which I then showed you in black in white, from another thread.

your excuses are becoming more bizarre, i don't know how your brain can take it.

Fresh, if you ask jtprindl nicely he might even teach you some things. smiling smiley I want you to know lots of things too, Fresh.

If you talk nicely, l might even ask various people to take you under their wing. If you are really ready l could bring in the big boys and have them teach you LOTS of stuff. We can arrange the big boys to teach you stuff that the internet could never teach.

Fresh, it is important to know certain things, but will you be able to handle the truth?
