Date: January 24, 2009 04:25AM Oh yeah! But I don't think you even have to be fruitarian, for me just raw did the job. And I'm not even a skinny girl, most of my weight is in my upper thighs but on raw I have no cellulite whatsoever. Frankly, the only time I ever truly had alot of cellulite was when I tried Atkins. blech. Re: fruitarianism fights cellulite

Date: January 29, 2009 06:04AM Yeah I'd say a few months too. I started raw in March & when I put on a bikini in June I was pleasantly surprised. Re: fruitarianism fights cellulite

ON my bum and upper thighs... I have been high raw for a couple years, 100% since DEC.. NO CHANGE I have done about 3 master cleanses, 2 juice fasts (longest lasting 38 days) and a 10 day water fast XMAS 2007.. I spent 2 weeks at ANnn WIgmore this Xmas... NO BUDGE on the celulite!! THe other day I was doing Tricep pull downs and my upper arm - that is toned...squeezed against my torso and BAM!! Bumps and grooves - CHEESY celulite! I am at a point where ya know...inthe end you cannot run away from your genetics... At least when it comes to the CHEESE! :O( Re: fruitarianism fights cellulite

Mine didn't diminish or change that much either; I still have a fair amount of cellulite. I work out constantly and have been raw for many years, so... yeah, I agree, it must be in large part due to genetics. Sharrhan: [www.facebook.com] Re: fruitarianism fights cellulite

Date: January 31, 2009 05:13AM Me too! I've always had it, even when pretty young. I try to remember its the advertisers that want us to hate our bodies so we buy their stuff, by giving us all those air-brushed images. Its ok! Re: fruitarianism fights cellulite

Right you are, ksmanthey! I had it when I was young too, probably in large part because I was put on a course of chemotherapy when I was young, which made me suddenly gain a lot of toxic weight. I look at it this way: It's all relative. My cellulite 'problem' is probably far less than that of most women my age (I'll be 60 in June), and it undoubtedly would have been a lot more noticeable if I followed a standard American diet with lots of salt, sugar, cooked carbs & protein. I am very thankful for the healthy body I have, and I feel like I look good in my clothes, even if I'll likely never have an 'ideal' swimsuit model type of body. Date: June 18, 2015 01:01AM What is cellulite, just shakiness of the skin on the legs? Doesnt everyone have flesh? Like Shaky flesh?
I guess some have it more than others. I guess its bad, because...its not appealing to someone else you want to make love to? I think they will make love to you no matter what, anyways. I did ballet for many many years, two classes a day and I worked in a ballet studio in a very nice place. I never ever ever ever had it. But as the years go on, and I stand here and use the internet to talk to you guys, I am not as firm as I used to be when I was riding my bike across cities and taking trains and buses. But I still do not have it, no. LOVE YOU GUYS Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 06/18/2015 01:03AM by suvine. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
