Wheatgrass juice

If I were to have a daily wheatgrass juice intake of 2 oz, how far can I go with green smoothie and salad intake being that 2 oz of wheatgrass juice is the equivalent of 4-5 lbs of dark leafy greens?

Would you rephrase your question?
If you plan on having Wheatgrass Juice and a Green Smoothie on
a daily basis, I'd take the wheatgrass juice upon rising, on an
empty stomach, then the green smoothie later in the afternoon.
It's quite an effort to grow enough wheatgrass to produce 2-ounces
of juice a day....WY

It would only be for a couple of weeks, then it would be 1 oz. I'm asking what would define "going too far" with greens intake, being that wheatgrass is such concentrated dark leavy green.

That would depend on the individual. For example, I'm
more tolerant of Greens than someone who is following the
80/10/10 Diet of Doug Graham.
You would have to test it with your own Body....WY
