Date: August 03, 2015 02:23AM This is a beautiful post by candida experts group about sprouts :-) They recommend it for people with candida issues (used to be one), but like many of us raw vegans know, it is very good to include them in our diets. Every time i get a little lazy and don't want to spend 5 minutes preparing my sprouts, I read this post
Hope you will enjoy it as much as I do, yes I know - I am a dork!!!!! [candidaspecialists.com] Re: The Perfect Human Superfoods you can grow in your own kitchen

I think I'd say sunflower sprouts are the tastiest... I like alfalfa and radish too just because they're so easy to grow Free Newsletter: [bit.ly] Facebook: [www.facebook.com] Instagram: [www.instagram.com] Blog: [RawFoodScotland.co.uk] Re: The Perfect Human Superfoods you can grow in your own kitchen
