it was all the rage but then..it is purported that it really has a rather high glycemic index etc etc etc and not that healthy so now..there is raw coconut nectar supposed to be lower in glycemic index etc. but is it really healthy? anything i ought to know about this product? other than what is written on the label ( says on the label that it has amino acids, low glycemic index etc) like.. is there anything i should watch out for long term use etc.? certainly doing agave long term is not the best for health don't want to make that mistake with "raw" coconut nectar anyone know what the temperature they heat it to? the brand i've looked at is called "Coconut Secret" can anyone tell me about other brands...are they really "raw"? it says on the coconut secret label that they heat it to the temperature on a sunny balmy day or something like that... what exactly does that mean? anyhow... just wondering let me know if anyone has tried it or researched it etc. Re: raw coconut nectar

Date: September 25, 2015 05:24AM I had a choice today, of raw coconut nectar and raw agave and I went for the raw agave.
I am so bad!!! I am wicked! I just have always had a sweet tooth. I put it on top of berries sometimes, or in a cacao drink. Maca too. You need it for those last two. The coconut sap nectar a little tastes like molasses to me. I figure its healthier like you too. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 09/25/2015 05:25AM by suvine.
