Now organic1, it behooves you to go to these habitats and tell these animals that they are not getting the nutrition that they need. and birds that subsist on nuts too make the same point which is the absurdity of ignorant humans thinking that their health is just so delicate and depends on eating so much variety and getting high amounts of nutrients. meanwhile ignoring the real factors that determine health.

all you provided was some vague reference that had to research on my own for some weird reason, and you conveniently forgot that it is a palm FRUIT, they don't eat just the nut and it didn't support your statement
