Organic nuts and seeds! Seriously. Nonorganic nuts and seeds have twice made me seriously ill, doubled over in stomach pain (One time from walnuts, one time from sunflower seeds. As for which nuts/seeds are most easily digestible: for me, generally speaking, nuts are more easily digestible than seeds; but the difference hasn't usually been noticeable (only when I'm already in some kind of weak condition). Seeds are cheaper and may perhaps be a more concentrated source of certain nutrients. (But fresh organic macadamia nuts/walnuts/and pecans are incredibly good and nutritious too) Whatever kind, best to not overeat them. You might choose to have a variety. Edited 1 time(s).
