Soaked nuts, less fat

Does anyone know just how much the fat content is reduced by % after soaking nuts and seeds? I googled it and was unable to find this information. Thanks!

I'd make a guess at 0% reduction. soaking just adds water. the only posibility of a reduction is if an oily nut is crushed and some fat goes into the water, but then there'd be an oily film on the water. That's a primitive way of extracting oil from nuts, grind them up and cover with water, then skim the oil that rises.

Rueben is right, just soaking them doesn't change the fat content. It changes only when they start to sprout and germinate.

Thanks Rubeun for the tip! I might try that, though I hope the nutrients would not be reduced too!
