Date: August 02, 2006 02:18AM I'd make a guess at 0% reduction. soaking just adds water. the only posibility of a reduction is if an oily nut is crushed and some fat goes into the water, but then there'd be an oily film on the water. That's a primitive way of extracting oil from nuts, grind them up and cover with water, then skim the oil that rises. Re: Soaked nuts, less fat
