Date: March 12, 2016 12:04AM I have not had any dental problems as of yet..
But I have noticed my teeth have gotten whiter in areas and I am concerned about demineralization/lost enamel. I am looking for information to help rebuild enamel and re mineralization of the teeth. I don't have the money to afford a cavity if I was to get one so I'm really looking to prevent this.. I was thinking of removing acid fruits from my diet and sticking mainly to melons, greens and avocado/coconuts. Anyone have any experience with this? Edited 1 time(s). Date: March 12, 2016 03:35AM I personally don't trust the vegan diet for remineralizing teeth. Read 'Cure Tooth Decay" for some pointers. The author has a vegetarian program but doesn't give it much hope. Seem,s that fat soluble vitamins in animal foods are key but they are not allowed/advocated here. It's a controversial subject at best, let me know what you find out... Re: Looking to remineralize teeth.. Help please??

Date: March 13, 2016 07:55PM The composition of your saliva is important (some dietary factors). A very low protein diet will prevent you from synthesizing saliva proteins. I would look into oral probiotics. Actually, I think that oral probiotics can do a 180 on tooth problems and that may be the only thing you need. Edited 1 time(s).
