4 medium unpeeled carrots, cut in 1 inch chunks 1/2 c. fresh lime or lemon juice 1 very small red beet, peeled 1 tsp.whole white peppercorns (or less if you don't like it spicy) 2 stalks celery with leaves 1 & 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp sage 12 sundried black olives (opt.) 3 tsp.raw salt 1/2 c. dates 2 avocados water Throw all ingredients in your blender with just enough water to blend. Blend until creamy smooth, adding water to get the thickness of chili you like. Pour into a bowl and add: 1/2 TBSP Parsley flakes 1 tsp. dulse or kelp 3 ripe kiwi peeled and chunked 1 TBSP minced garlic flakes 1 tsp dried basil 1 large avocado chunked Mix into sauce and serve. THIS CHILI IS REALLY QUITE EASY TO MAKE AND IS SO GOOD YOU CAN SERVE TO EVEN THOSE ON THE SAD DIET AND THEY USUALLY LIKE IT!! EVEN BEGINNERS CAN THROW THE INGREDIENTS INTO THEIR BLENDER AND WHIP THIS UP...SO DON"T BE AFRAID TO TRY IT EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKS LIKE A LOT OF ITEMS...IT IS NOT HARD TO MAKE!! This is very interesting; the kiwi as a garnish is a creative touch. Thanks for posting! Re: Nightshade-Free Chili
