Brand New to Raw Living

I am brand New to the Raw Food Life and I am wondering if you can tell me how much protein I really need and the best ways to get it? I can't eat a ton of food because of digestive issues so getting it purely from fruit and veggies may be hard. I can only stomach about 2 cups of food at a time. I tried using the search button at the bottom of the page so I wouldn't have to bother you all (as I am sure the info is here somewhere), but it seems to be disabled. Thank you! Date: May 20, 2016 08:26PM fresh, I've made some changes into the forum's registration to cut back on fake users and spam and spam bots. There used to be only email verification to create an account, now I moderate all new users. I've been denying quite a few fake users.
