Date: May 15, 2016 06:54PM In this Video, I explain how the 1st Step of my 3 Step Process relates to an Essay Tolstoy wrote called The First Step where Tolstoy used his Essay as a Preface to a book that he translated into Russian called The Ethics of Diet by Howard Williams. Both Tolstoy and myself understand that the very FIRST thing we must do to put an end to all of the needless suffering on this planet is for all of us to take Responsibility by becoming the best that we can be and that begins with The First Step - FASTING!!!

We fist need to cleanse ourselves from the old poisonous stuffs inside. Cleansing is first. Like a very old house we are renovating, to put new paint, we need to remove the old. When we start on the health building diet, we are most of the time very sick, so we do not have the energy to fast, we need first to cleanse while we gradually feed on healthier food. Maybe you are talking about juice fasting. (I did not watch the video). Even juice fasting is difficult to start with for people who are used to eating three meals a day. Edited 1 time(s). You've got the right idea as I go into this at the very beginning of my Video. Having said that, you really need to take the time to watch this Video because there is more to it than that! I also summarize Tolstoy's 25 Page, 14,000 Word Essay in less than 600 Words, so if time is a factor, WATCH THIS VIDEO!!! I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed!
