Date: August 19, 2009 10:54PM heres pauls blog. he doesent seem to eat much, with UC and especailly healing it you need to stay raw vegan and eat the minimal for your body. thats supose to be the best healing

People love to have numbers on things, but calories aren't as accurate as you might think.
