Date: August 07, 2006 05:34PM Partly, yes. Vegetable juices are highly concentrated nutrition and if you are not used to them they can be quite intense in the system. Many people new to juicing will have trouble with diarhea or even feeling woozy headed after drinking them. They are very cleansing. After you get used to them it isn't as necessary to dilute them, imo.
