Date: September 30, 2009 10:02PM I stopped using the forum and then one day got a craving for a non-raw food and ate it and then ate a non-raw food the next day, etc. So I'm thinking that maybe I better keep reading and posting on these boards to keep myself eating raw! Re: Well Heck

Date: September 30, 2009 11:31PM Hi Molli,
My "slips" have all started with yielding to a taste of a cooked food I felt a craving for. I have found that when I get enough greens there aren't any cravings. My present diet has evolved to juicing greens & veggies and eating fruit as a whole food. This has worked the best for me of anything I have tried to date. I have participated in the boards since i went raw (Aug 1, 07) and I continue to participate as I find it helps keep me fired up about raw and its benefits and also the board is a great source of "food for thought" about everything raw. It's like advertising or what we hear in the mass media, we tend to think it can't affect us too much but it does effect us a lot!!! Also, I find that the one or days AFTER the slip can require a little effort. I think it's because cooked food is so disasterously addictive. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
