When Naomi and I first started doing raw food, we quickly realized that it wasn't what you ate, it was what you didn't eat that matters. It was nice to see another raw fooder with the same realization.
One other thing we realized was that health wasn't all these wonderful benefits, but it was the absence of all kinds of maladies. Good health means just being yourself, day after day, without any of the problems that cooked fooders have. I call it being extraordinary through being ordinary.

Yes, I posted a message recently about him. Matt is truly an inspiring man. He actually started one website with Dr. Bisci and has two others as well. I have his book Raw Spirit and he impressed me before I read it because I had waited three weeks and it hadn't arrived. When I first contacted customer service someone told me it had shipped. I had already purchased a book from Matt via ebay and he pointed me to his website. After I contacted customer service a second time telling them that they had confused one book that I had ordered previously with the Raw Spirit book. Without batting an eye Matt told them to please rush ship the book to me and that was the end of that. Terrific customer service and all.
