A daily must have?

Are there any foods that you simply must have everyday? Or things that you really love and try to have everyday?

Most days I have a banana and rasberry smoothie.

Grapes and green juices are the two foods that I eat daily all year long. The rest of my diet changes with the seasons.I prefer to not eat my winter foods in the summertime so that I don't tire of them during the winter. The grapes I never get tired of, maybe thats because of the variety of types of grapes ? Right now I have some very large black grapes that are rawlicious. They are just a little smaller in size then Italian plums.

I start every day with one liter of water with fresh squeezed lemon.

Then its a huge green salad .

Other than that it varies.

Apples & Kale. They find their way into just about everything I "cook" or juice. =)

My "must have everyday" foods seem to be more like cravings for a certain food everyday until I don't crave it any more. For two months I had to have bananas everyday. Now I'm not interested. Then for a couple of weeks it was mangoes. Now it's a green drink with lettuce, ginger, water, orange juice and an apple in it. Each time I think I'll eat this every day for the rest of my life!

Must admit for some time now I've felt the day to be incomplete without some sort of banana smoothie, but have a feeling this is my raw 'comfort eating!'.

Not food.
But affirmation.
And to read others thoughts here.

Bananas - must have my bananas;} A variety of berries. Cherries. All that plus mangoes or peaches goes into a smoothie I've been having at least once a day for the past year+

In the past few days I've also had a drink of carrot juice blended with ginger, apples and celery - I have a Vitamix container full of it at a time, and if I could inhale it I would! Just finished a batch...as soon as I finish it I want more ;{
