Gain weight with muscle ( exercise question )

Hello,

I usually way about 150 when on a healthy cooked diet. Now that I am raw i've drop to about 138 lbs. I would like to gain some weight my working out. I go to the gym and do 10 min of running and 50 minutes of muscle training.

My question is, how do i work out and gain muscle weight properly. Instead of just burning calories away and getting skinnier.

This question make any sense?

Eddie,
I am not sure exactly what you eat.But,
I would say that doing a good heavy low set/rep workout with the weights will pack on the muscle.And from what I know,you should train the whole body,with emphasis on legs and basic exercises,each workout.You may find that you even gain quicker with pure food,as opposed to cooked.

Your body is going to need to clean out before you start putting on much muscle.
How long have you been eating raw? Dont worry about eating protein foods. Just eat lots of fruits and vegetables!! You should be eating 14 servings of fruit and 13 veg servings per day at least which leaves room for one other serving of what ever you feel you need (walnut, avacado, etc..)

I am about 90% raw. The other 10 % is the occasional quinoa or wild rice. But them topped with raw veggies.

Been this way for a year.

I was 100% raw for 4 months, but it didnt work totally for me. Im happy now where
i am at. Just would like to build some muscle

Is this a good post workout smoothy?

2 banana's
2 handfuls of kale
1 handful of parsley
3 celery sticks

in a smoothy.
