avocado and apples

Date: March 01, 2010 10:15PM funny you should mention, today I had a green smoothie which contained apple and avocado (with cucumber)... 1st time in 7 years raw that I have tried this combination... lol

I had opened up this forum list tonight, thinking that I wanted to start a thread about my new favorite lunch: a beautiful Haas avocado squirted with some fresh lemon juice, eaten with a handful or so of soft, chewy dulse, and followed by a big juicy apple. Heaven!
Actually, my question was going to be about why I don't seem to have a problem digesting a sweet fruit after consuming a fatty one. I suppose because they are both fruits. Anywhoo, there is definitely some synchronicity with this avo/apple thread... ...and how cool is that? Re: avocado and apples
