low-fat, high fruit: when to eat overt fats?

Date: March 30, 2010 07:26PM i still like to eat chia seed jelly, but im not sure when to eat it. i know overt fats should be eaten after everything else, but i dont like eating anything later in the day and my last meal consists of fruit. so when can i plug it in? how many hours do i need to give the chia seed jelly to digest before i can consume fruit? ive read 3 hours but dont know if this is accurate. Date: March 30, 2010 08:40PM Have you tried eating chia seeds near fruit time? If your body doesn't mind, don't fret over it. Some people put chia in high fruit smoothies, and they don't have a problem. Other people eat them with greens. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
