Young thailand coconut

Date: August 21, 2006 11:46PM Does anyone know if drinking the water and eating the coconut from about 4 young thailand coconuts a day is ok? I I have cut down to 2 a day, but would rather have 4 a day just because they are so yummy and quench my thirst. Re: Young thailand coconut

Coconut water is actually the endosperm of the coconut tree, and it is meant to serve a purpose in the reproductive cycle of the plant. This endosperm contains hormones that if taken in excess, may interfere with the human reproductive system.
