We do have a van now. Its great for the big fruit hauls when living in the bush. And we drove it to the organic wholesalers on Wednesday and got 4 boxes of bananas for 10$ each 13kg box. A grade cert organic Daintree Cavendish grown on volcanic soil. So yeah, sometimes the bargains are crazy..

Crazy thing is that these bananas are not even ripe.

Mike Arnstein is the dude mentioned above. He won another marathon last week, 2 days after doing a 100miler ultra. www.thefruitarian.com is his site. Check it out cos he is bananas too. smiling smiley
