Date: August 31, 2006 01:23PM So yesterday I was enjoying all of my new raw concoctions SO much that I ended up eating A TON. (I found a cookbook that is changing my life! Yum!) Buuut...this morning I feel awfully heavy and slow and wanted to get things moving and help my body process this. Do anyone have any recommendations of something light to eat/drink to balance things out again? Re: Food/juice to aid in digestion?

Date: September 01, 2006 01:19AM What were the ingredients in the recipe you made, and how much of it did you eat? I ask, because there are different things you can do that might help but it does depend on what was eaten (or overeaten). Re: Food/juice to aid in digestion?

not only that it helps our digestion, it also speeds up the bowels performance, heals any infections & inflamations, & does a whole long list of other wonderful things for us..soooooo U can nibble on it, add it to U'r juice, tea, etc.. friends were making lemon ginger juice....a jar or it...!!!....& then enjoying it for healing/cleansing.. Date: September 03, 2006 01:19AM Thanks for the ideas! I had some green juice for breakfast and a huge salad with carrot GINGER dressing for dinner and am feeling good. -- Innervegetable, the book is called RAW (by Juliano). I don't know too much about him, but I can tell you that his recipes are incredible. Yes, they have a million ingredients and can take a while to prepare, but it is absolutely worth it.
Best to all. Re: Food/juice to aid in digestion?
