Date: September 13, 2010 07:17PM Chasing kids around the house. Hefting groceries, laundry, toys and books up and down the stairs. Moving furniture around without any help. Sigh, that one is really hard and painful. Carrying a 3 year old. Packing to move house. Etc.
What I'd prefer in terms of "exercise"? Swimming in clean, warm water, walking and/or riding my bike on errands (it's WAY too far to anywhere around here), martial arts/gymnastics/stretching/wrestling with the kids (too busy at the moment, *sad*). It was easier to do these sorts of things before I was living life for 3 people instead of just myself. There's a guy outside smashing up the flagstone path in my side yard right now. Not my usual thing but looks like a good way to work out some of life's aggravation. Might see if I can give him a hand with that... Re: Whats your sport/fitness choice?

Date: September 14, 2010 01:43AM That's funny. Some days I can't remember what if anything I ate at all... Today I forgot about breakfast for myself until way past lunch, and I was parched too! I need a nanny. And a housekeeper. And a chef. Any takers? I can make you some groovy outfits or nifty crafts in return Re: Whats your sport/fitness choice?

Some people prefer me farther away. david Re: Whats your sport/fitness choice?

Date: September 16, 2010 05:15PM Yes my friend does karate and I have grappled with him a few times, just casually for the heck of it. It's great exercise and a lot of fun too!
Have you participated in strongman competitions? That would be neat if so. It's such a small community. I never expected to find another raw foodist among such meatheads! haha. I competed under NAS from 2003 to 2008 and attended nationals twice in the 175 pound class. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
