I am torn between Alissa Cohen and the Living Light International... Anyone have an opinion? Anyone taken the class at either? I was trying to find testimonials for Living Light online- outside of their website, but was unsuccessful. Thanks. Re: Raw Culinary Schools

Date: September 10, 2006 04:19PM That's a no-brainer. Go with living light. I have two friends that have gone to living light and can't stop raving about their experience there. She's got a complete facility to teach you all you need to know and has been doing it for years.

Date: September 10, 2006 05:41PM I was at the Vibrant Living Expo at Living Light this year. It is quite an exceptional facility. They have definitely raise the quality bar in the raw education field. Also, the list of graduates who have gone on to raw chef fame is quite impressive, including Roxanne of the famed raw restaurant of the same name. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
