My Coconut Oil

My order of unrefined virgin coconut oil just came in...But it is solid not liquid......is this bad...has hydrogen been added...can i still eat the one tablespoon of it? I got it from tropicaltraditions.com

It is supposed to be solid unless the outside temp is high.

Coconut oil is solid at temperatures up to 76 or 77 (can't remember which exactly!) Fahrenheit, above that it liquifies.
