Date: April 15, 2011 04:21PM Wow, I was given Cipro when I got dysentary while traveling in Cambodia a couple years ago. I didn't end up taking it, despite my friends telling me it would kill off whatever was making me sick. My instincts told me to just ride it out, and although I had severe toilet issues for about two months, now after reading this thread I'm so glad I didn't take it.
As for the nutritionist... yeah it sounds about like my experience with doctors thus far in my life.... doesn't surprise me. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
