90 Day Raw Fitness Boot Camp Challenge
Date: September 23, 2006 06:09PM

Ok y'all

I'm holding another Fitness Challenge over at Raw Fitness Boot Camp

Basically ....this is for anyone that needs a total body overhaul and wants to take steps to get in shape and get started making moves towards living a healthier Raw lifestyle of their choosing/dreams....

this is the time that you take to plan out your goals and whatever steps it will take to get you to achieveing your desired goals....

then you put this plan to work for 90 days and record your progress so we can all support each other....

It does not matter how big or small your fitness related goals are or what steps you need to take to achieve them....all that matters is that you put your words into action and achieve your goals....

You get out of this ...what you put in!

On a mental, physical and spiritual level this is all about re-inventing yourself and creating a new and natural you at the end of the 90 days!

DO YOU DARE TO LIVE YOUR DREAM?

BYOD=Bring your own dedication

SUPERSET

One Leg Squats 10/10, 10/10 , 10/10max reps

I am in no way trying to steal your thunder Fruitarian One, but I just wanted to add to la_veronique's question about back strengthening. If you strengthen your abdominal muscles it will help support and strengthen your back, and vice versa.
