Does anyone eat these raw? are they as high in nutrient density as grass sprouts?

May be less interesting raw they do not have enough water. I eat mostly high water content foods. It is not just the nutrients but the water, that is why fruits are superior foods.

If I ate them raw, I'd probably blend them with other veggies rather than juice them or eat straight. I think I'd cut off the base of each sprout and limit them to 1/3 of the blend. I'd add an apple to the blend for palatability as John Kohler does They do have some interesting anti-cancer phytochemicals. You could also steam them as part of your 20 percent if you are an 80 percenter as an alternative.
