I just got a Himalayan salt crystal lamp!

Date: October 14, 2011 02:56PM I recently heard that these were good to emit negative ions and clean the air. Does anyone own one? I got it off Amazon for around $20. It's neat--looking: orange, which is the color of my front room (and such a fall hue). Re: I just got a Himalayan salt crystal lamp!

Date: October 14, 2011 08:52PM I have two; I leave the one in my bedroom on all day when I'm out, and I've found I sleep much better since I started doing that. Also, I always gaze at it right before getting into bed, and it's the weirdest thing because light is supposed to pep you up, but the spectrum of light they emit actually indubitably makes me feel drowsy. Date: October 14, 2011 09:42PM I'll have to rescue my lamp from my mom's house where it's been stashed and put it in the bedroom. I might pick up another lamp or candle holder from Zerbo's this weekend too, they are the best light source at night, very relaxing.
