Grind seeds in a coffee grinder, add a little oil to make a paste. Or put them through a greenstar juicer, if you have one. tell us how you get on. Re: For those in Europe

It is available in many health food stores in Spain, they seem to understand the importance of raw tahini, with one brand even having a leaflet with it to explain how it was even more raw than other brands! Date: October 08, 2006 01:55PM rc - I've been living back in England for a year now and can't remember any of the brand names. I'll let you know if I can find any of them out.
Where are you based? If you are not in Europe, I think you would have a hard time. Raw Tahini is available over here (online in the UK) so it's not like you would be offering anything special, and there doesn't seem to be a big demand for it outside of the raw movement. You would need a distributor based in Europe as shipping from the states to individual health food shops would be too expensive.
