The trace levels of metals that are in plants, salt, clay etc, because the minerals are in the soil of the earth. All natural (non-mad made alloys) metals come from rocks.

Plants and animals and need some metallic minerals to survive.

Check out this site, it may clarify things for you:

Notice the part on the chart about "Nonessential Contaminant Minerals".

IMO what's said about zeolite is too good to be true. Salt is salt no matter the source, it's the processing that makes it undesirable (not that extra salt is so great either though), bentonite clay has it's uses, sea vegetables are a food with nutrient content that is beneficial.

Curious about something: is Matt part owner of Adya Clarity? I am confused as to why he would be changing the label rather than the owner doing so. Another thing: people here are talking about trace amounts of this or that. Did you read the updated link and the fact that it contains SULFURIC ACID?! Trace amounts of that don't sound like a good idea...LOL

Adya Clarity Response
October 28, 2011 - Posted by MattMonarch
I am fully aware of the “negative press” that Adya Clarity is
currently receiving. Below is our response and we
trust that there is sufficient information here for you to comprehend
our point of view about this product and help you to feel empowered
into making your own decision about whether to use Adya Clarity or
not.

First and foremost, I wish to make it clear that I would never
intentionally sell a product knowing that it could cause harm to
another human being. From all of the evidence that I have received
over time about this product, I have formed the belief that it is
extremely beneficial.

It wasn’t until after midnight last night when I read all the points of view on this product that a new level of concern was
awakened for me.

The main concern that seems to arise from the public is concerning the
amount of aluminum sulfate that is present in Adya Clarity. Please
keep in mind that when you put Adya Clarity into your water, it is
diluted by 1000 times more. My wife Angela and I personally feel
completely comfortable using this product and continue to use the
suggested dosage of Adya Clarity in all of our drinking water daily,
to purify the water and provide minerals. When using Adya Clarity to
purify water, five drops is the recommended amount for an 8oz glass of
water; this equates to consuming a possible .25mg of aluminum sulfate,
however, it is believed that some of this aluminum naturally
dissipates, as the Adya gets to work on purifying the water. I
personally feel that drinking Adya Water in these recommended dosages
is completely safe.

Taking into consideration the new concerns shared, I do
currently also feel that it may not be wise to take higher dosages of
Adya Clarity in the form of so-called “Super Shots”, unless safe usage
is proven clinically and recommended by a health practitioner.

Here below is some of the research that I personally conducted, which
lead me to believe that drinking Adya Clarity in higher dosages in the
form of “Super Shots” is safe.

If you read Chapter 8 of the book at the link below – “The Toxic
Minerals Belief” – it is stated that there is more aluminum sulfate in
a pineapple, celery and many other foods, compared to taking a
teaspoon of Adya Clarity. I am told that when comparing these kinds
of foods and Adya Clarity, we are dealing with the exact same
substance: aluminum sulfate, which is different to aluminum in isolate
form. The link to access this free book is here below (Chapter 8
starts on page 29 – you can make the screen bigger and easier to read
by simultaneously pressing: “ctrl +”):

From all of my research and from all of the testimonials we have
heard, I have formed the belief that Adya Clarity is a unique, highly
beneficial product direct from nature, pure and unadulterated. Since
Adya Clarity solution is not “contaminated” with aluminum from an
unknown source, I have felt that it is totally safe to consume at the
recommended levels.

Next, I would like to share with you a fascinating book that is
available at the link below. When I got my hands on this fifth
edition book, I was very excited, to say the least. It is based on
over 25 years of medical research concerning patient-to-doctor
experiences using minerals that come from the same source as Adya
Clarity. I believe after seeing this book that an astonishing number
of people have been benefiting from taking these minerals, for decades
now.

Here is the link to this free book:

I just spoke with Patrick Flanagan today who is a well respected colloidal chemist in the health movement who created the popular products MegaHydrate and Crystal Energy. He personally takes 2 “Super Shots” of Adya Clarity a day. He personally believes that the aluminum doesn’t build up in the body. He said that even if it did, the amount that are in the Adya Clarity are so miniscule that it wouldn’t have an effect on the body. After talking to Patrick for an hour today, he concluded that most of the claims against Adya Clarity are based off of half truths.

Furthermore,

I feel that I have been learning a huge lesson here! Although all of
this information and all of the thousands of testimonials are
extremely convincing to me personally and I believe wholeheartedly
that this product is extremely beneficial to the human body, I
currently feel compelled to do my “due diligence” to the absolute best
degree that I can, and only share suggestions that are based on
professional clinical trials.

Some of the other reasons I have been so excited about the Adya
Clarity product are due to all of the myriad reports and test results
that I have seen about this item. Below are the titles and
descriptions of the top seven reports that I was personally really
inspired by. If you want to see these reports, you can contact our
customer service department at www.TheRawFoodWorld.com:

These reports include:

- Two chlorine reduction tests – demonstrate that Adya removes
chlorine from water.
- Anti-bacterial test report – demonstrates that Adya kills 4 types of e-coli.
- University of Wisconsin lab test – demonstrates that Adya
dramatically reduces lead and mercury, along with other heavy metals.
- “Water and Wastewater Treatment using Rox Solution” report -
demonstrates Adya’s ability to greatly reduce the oxygen demand in
water, greatly reduce the overall turbidity caused from waste
products, greatly reduce heavy metals (lead completely disappears) and
greatly reduce carbon wastes. In this report there are three
different tests, based on three levels of sewage water from least
contaminated to heavily contaminated and demonstrations that Adya is
effective for all three situations.
- Envirotek Labs Chromium Report – this report demonstrates conversion
of hexavalent chromium-6 to inert chromium-3, according to NSF
standards, which is two times the legal limit. There was a 100%
conversion of this chemical using Adya. This chemical is more
dangerous than fluoride and there are studies that show this is in the
water of 50 different cities, including Chicago.
- Thermarox Surgical Cleanliness Report – demonstrates that Adya, at a
certain concentration level, has the ability to surgically clean.
- Science Diet Food Chemistry Report – this report from the University
of Taiwan demonstrates that using Thermarox (the substance from which
Adya is made), can provide stronger super germination of seeds.

Furthermore, Health Canada on January 1, 2004 required that all natural health products (NHPs) sold in Canada are subject to the Natural Health Products Regulations. The safety and efficacy of NHPs and their health claims are required to be supported by clear evidence, so that consumers and Health Canada know the products are indeed safe and effective. Evidence may include clinical trial data or references to published studies, journals, pharmacopoeias and traditional resources. The type and amount of supporting evidence required depends on the proposed health claim of the product and its overall risks.

Adya Clarity went through this process and received the NPN (Natural Product Number) 80024735

Click the link below, put the NPN number in the criteria field and in the search field scroll down to ‘NPN/DIN-HM*’:

[webprod3.hc-sc.gc.ca]

Basically this NPN from Canada says it’s safe enough to drink 2.5 – 5 tsp of Adya Clarity every day, which I intend to personally test.

I fully understand that some people may feel that the findings of all
these different facts and reports are negligible to their own circumstances, if
they are concerned about other aspects of using Adya. Personally, my
primary concern is for our collective health: yours, mine and everyone
else’s. With all of these different aspects of the current picture in
mind, I have made the decision to still carry Adya Clarity in our
store, based on the following conditions:

•It is not recommended to take higher dosages of Adya Clarity in
the form of “Super Shots”, unless safe usage is proven clinically and
recommended by a health practitioner.

•All “unsubstantiated” claims made about Adya Clarity in videos,
articles and webinars will be eliminated.

We will continue to sell Adya Clarity, because we believe in this
unique product 100% and want to help people in every way that we can.
We believe that having the ability to purify water during a time of
crisis could be one of the most valuable things available to us all in
times to come.

I assure you that with every new product that we bring to the market,
even greater “due diligence” will be made to investigate each item, to
the best of my abilities. In the meantime, we will be gladly offering
any requested refunds on the return of this product.

We wish you and your loved ones the best of everything!

This is your one and only post on this forum, I am going to hazard a guess that you're somehow affiliated with the product in question.

Small amounts of aluminum, eh. Homeopathy anyone? Sometimes less is more my friends. This is not a product I would consume when there are so many alternatives that don't have a down side.

Trace amounts - this means less than 1 part per million.

Aluminum Sulfate in the Adya Clarity is 1220 parts per million which is 1220 times more than 'Trace'

That is why they purposely deleted it from the label and lied saying it was only trace.

They listed all the other elements that were more than 1 PPM - why no Aluminum Sulfate?

hmmm

I personally would never use this stuff. I was watching this documentary on food back in the late 19th early 20th century and the @#$%& they would put in bread. The put plastics in bread or some white powder to make it white. Back then if your bread didnt sound like a rock hitting a table then it was no good. But tons of people lived a long time and ate that @#$%&. Now days no telling what the GMO @#$%& is going to do to us long term. Guess we will just have to wait and see. After reading all these posts about Adya Clarity I think Im going to do one of those fruit diets. I dont take any of this miracle stuff anyways but it made me think about all the other trash I eat.
Anyone know anything about lymphedema and cellulitis? Like how to stop the swelling? Or anything that can be taken to help with it? I personally dont have it but my mother does. She had cancer back when she was in her 30s and it was either take the lymph nodes out or take a chance of the cancer coming back. Well no more cancer but her leg stays big and 2 times a year, maybe 3 on a bad year, she goes to the hospital for a week because of it. Now she takes really good care of it, or at least thats what her doctor says. But Im always thinking maybe she can do more. Ive read all sorts of stuff about it but none have worked for her. Then again most people have one or the other and not both. so if anyone can give me an ideas on where to look please shoot me a message. Id much appreciate it.

There is lots of negative press about this, but l feel it is not as bad as it is being made out to be. From memory, the product has been imported under a different label...something about toxin category (maybe) and something to do with battery acid, BUT that was said to be put in that category to make it possible to bypass complicated red tape that would have occured if it was imported as a supplement (l think). I will try and find the links which talk about the import issues and reclassification of the import product.

That being said, and despite not knowing much about the product, l certainly am not the slightest bit interested in it. I am really big on using food as your sustenance and medicine, and more recently l have began to appreciate the importance of quality supplements under various circumstances. However when people start promoting miracle products that aren't food, it is like it takes our power away because we then become reliant on companies to supply our well being in a bottle. The power shouldn't be handed to you from others, it must come from your efforts,...it should come from the food.

But sometimes supplements can help, and if they are quality and basically non toxic, then why shouldn't people be open to it. I don't like the idea of supplements either, but better to keep an open mind and use them when needed to make imnprovements.

Does not this also apply to packaged digestive enzymes and pro/prebiotics in your opinion?

It can be argued for and against if this applies to enzymes and pro/prebiotics. None-the-less, they are still non foods in a bottle that causes people to rely on companies. But hopefully we can minimise our long term use of these by having regular ferments (4 - 5 per week, but only with a high nutrient/amino acid diet and lots of water to be drank), and over time it looks like a raw fooder can stop the use of digestive enzymes in the medium term if they do a decent diet. These means it may be possible to free ourselves from these shackles (our masters at the time) by minimising supplementation in the longer term....and maybe only have to supplement B12 and D if we are very dilligent with nutrition.

How long do you consider "medium term" and "long term" for yourself for instance? I used digestive enzymes and pro/prebiotics before I went raw because otherwise I would get bloating but I don't see them as being needed on a 100% raw diet for myself at least. I do keep them in the fridge though just in case anything bad should happen - they were expensive and I hate to throw them out even though they might not be effective any more because they are pretty old.

I do get some bloating with the majorly nutrient dense green juices I make but that always subsides within a half hour so I haven't had to use them yet. I've never had more than 4 oz. of sprouts in juice at a time though.

I have learned to trust only people that are trying to help by informing and teaching. I have learned the hard lesson that people that people whose main focus, like Matt Monarch, is to try to sell you products are usually in it for the money and that the money is their main focus, NOT your health and well being.

I wonder if the regulations in the country he moved to and now lives in are much more relaxed than here in the US and that is why he based himself there.

My main focus of reading is from people like Ann Wigmore, Norman W Walker, and Francis Pottenger. Ann Wigmore and Norman W Walker recovered from serious illnesses and set to inform us how they did it and why and what works to make the human body healthy. Their focus was to inform and teach us how to become healthier, not to make money off us. My opinion anyway.
