Date: October 15, 2006 08:46PM She is stunningly beautiful! And the first mission I had when I clicked on her website, was to look at her fat intake. She eats lots of nuts, seeds and avocados! So to me, she is getting more protein and fat, hence her healthy and youthful appearance. She is a wonderful role model, in my opinion.
Thanks for sharing Raine! I'm 43 with two teens who are 18 & 20. I've been a vegetarian for 20 years, 75% raw for most of it, except I went 100% raw about 6 mths ago, and it wrecked havek on me. My 12 yr-old daughter and all her friends came in my room just now and I had them guess her age.They all guessed 42-45! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
