Do you use it for anything? I usually just throw mine away but it would be nice to use it for something.

It's a sort of crime to throw it away! You can use nut milk pulp in millions of ways, to make taboulleh, veggie burgers, add to the sauce or dressing or soup. It still has plenty of nutrients within, so use it.

What are some of the most simplest uses? I dont want to spend 12+ hours using a dehydrator or whatnot. Can I just eat the pulp as it is? Is it good for freezing?

Taboulleh would be the simplest, and also blending the pulp with a dressing or dip or soup to add to the blend more substance.

This is the easiest and my favourite way to use it.

Take about a cup of the pulp, squeeze some lemon juice and a little bit of Braggs on it. Add some chopped green onions and stuff cucumbers with it. I make it in the evening and bring it work for lunch.

I posted this on my blog you can check out the photos and full recipe
