Date: September 09, 2012 02:58PM I've heard a few conflicting opinions on how to break down plant cell walls. What are the best raw ways to do it? I'm pretty confident that fermenting is a good way..and I heard freezing also is good.. but I hear some people say that blending etc just doesn't cut it. Would marinating/dehydrating be enough I wonder? I also read somewhere that juicing means you lose virtually all the minerals etc. Not sure I believe this. Hope not anyway as I love my green juice! Would love to hear your opinions? Re: how to break down plant cell walls?
