Darned if I didn't accidentally delete the email I received today (I think it was sent today ...) regarding a second video on making raw chocolate. I got the video but forgot about the PDFs. I went to the first video, too, and did the same thing (got the vid but forgot the PDF).

Anyone else that is also subscribed to Russell's info, do you still his email with the link? Can you provide it here to the board and to me?

Need the pdf for the instructions <lol>. Talk about shatterbrained today! <g>

The 3rd video came in mailbox so was able to get the URLs myself despite no answers here.

The 3 videos are preparation for new course Russell James has done up. Now there are arguments all over the place re the suitability of chocolate in one's diet - raw or not - but I personally am definitely okay with chocolate as a once-in-a-while treat and certainly not for everyday consumption. And it's a great transitional treat for non-raw-fooders esp. if one considers that these would make fantastic presents we raw fooders can give to our cooker-fooder family and friends!
